VO2 Testing identifies
anaerobic threshold, VO2 at anaerobic threshold, and VO2
at peak as well as correlating heart rates.VO2 Max
is the maximum amount of oxygen one can consume while exercising. It is
an indicator of cardiopulmonary fitness and a predictor of endurance potential.
Interval Heart Rate training
program based on VO2 Test results will help anyone train efficiently
and effectively. You can even load your VO2Max into your Polar and your interval
heart training program into your Garmin! This can equate to less junk miles that basically eat up
your time with no real gain!
Speaking Engagements
In March, VO2 Max Houston presented at the monthly Houston Racing Triathlon Club meeting,
the monthly Woodlands Cycling Club meeting, and the monthly Memorial Park Running Club meeting.
Great to have the opportunity to meet everyone!
In June, we will present to the New Orleans Track club the evening of the 26th as we begin our
sponsorship of the club! We look forward to speaking to Katy, Kingwood, and the Woodlands Fit
organizations as well as the Kingwood Triathlon Club as we move into the heat of the summer.
